Tracea offers training sessions specially designed for young people aged <strong>5 to 15 years<\/strong>, supervised by enthusiastic and experienced instructors.<\/p>\n<h1>Mountain biking school for children aged 5 to 15<\/h1>\n<h3>Autumn 2026 \u2013 a choice of 4 or 8 courses<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Located in Saint-Cergue, our mountain biking school welcomes children from the region of\u00a0<strong>Nyon, Rolle, Gland, Prangins, Coppet, Genolier, Marchissy<\/strong>\u00a0and the surrounding towns. Our aim is to share the joy of mountain biking whilst helping each young rider develop their technical skills and confidence.<\/p>\n<h2>A mountain biking school suitable for all levels<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Our courses are aimed at both children who are new to mountain biking and those who already cycle regularly.<\/p>\n<p>All our instructors have completed training tailored to mountain biking (Youth &amp; Sport or equivalent).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Groups are organised by age group to ensure that the exercises are tailored to each child\u2019s abilities. Depending on a child\u2019s level, they may be moved to a different group. This day provides young drivers with an opportunity to put the techniques they have learnt during training into practice in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">On the programme: technical workshops, fun challenges and timed courses tailored to each age group.
