FOX 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 Premium Service

Servicing is recommended every 100 hours of use or once a year.

A FOX fork is designed to withstand the toughest conditions, from World Cup tracks to intensive days out on the bike. To maintain its sensitivity, progressive response and reliability, regular maintenance is essential.

At Tracea, every suspension fork is treated to the same exacting standards as a competition bike. Our aim is simple: to provide you with a fork that performs just as well as it did on the first day.

Every service is carried out in accordance with a rigorous procedure, using specialist tools and consumables that meet the manufacturer’s requirements.

Your FOX fork is thoroughly checked, cleaned and reassembled with the utmost care to ensure it returns to optimum working order.

What the service includes

• • Complete dismantling
  • Cleaning / degreasing at the wash bay
  • Inspection of plungers / guide bushings
  • Replacement of all recommended seals (spring side and hydraulic cartridge), seals, Fox oil and grease
  • Fitting and lubricating Fox wiper seals
  • Winding
  • Testing and operation of settings / locking mechanism

Each suspension unit is inspected individually. If a part shows signs of abnormal wear, we will contact you before carrying out any further work.
