Change to the programme
The itinerary for each excursion on the Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch website is provided for information purposes only. Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch will endeavour to follow the itinerary provided that all conditions are optimal for the safety and smooth running of the group, but reserves the right to amend it depending on weather conditions, the state of the terrain, the fitness and ability of the participants, etc.
Payment
Payment for the excursion must be made by the deadline. Any individual or group who has booked a service and fails to turn up on the day of departure will still be required to pay the full amount. Similarly, any participant who has paid only part of the cost of their tour or any other service will be refused entry.
Cancellation
Cancellation by a customer: Generally speaking, muddy or snowy conditions or bad weather are not valid reasons for cancellation. Cancellations due to bad weather are not permitted.
Cancellation by a guide: A cancellation is only justified if the risk to customers is too high. In this case, no charges will be incurred by either party and the lesson or tour will be rescheduled for a later date.
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation between 30 and 3 days before the trip: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In the event of cancellation 72 hours or less before departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
If a trip lasting several days is cancelled 90 days or less before the start date, the deposit and the balance will only be refunded if the place can be filled by another customer.
Price
The prices shown on the Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch website are in Swiss francs. The price is inclusive of VAT per person. When booking, the rate applied is the one specified on the booking page for the selected service, subject to any errors on our part.
Insurance
All participants in the excursions organised by Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch do so at their own risk. Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch accepts no liability in the event of an accident. Each participant is required to hold third-party liability insurance. Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch also recommends that you take out REGA cover.
You must have travel assistance, repatriation and medical expenses cover. Check with your insurer that your policy covers your chosen destination and includes the costs of emergency assistance and repatriation.
Please note that the insurance linked to certain bank cards does not necessarily cover emergency assistance.
Responsibilities
Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch strives to provide the best possible safety and supervision for every service. However, mountain biking remains a high-risk sport and the mountains are a dangerous environment. By accepting these terms and conditions upon registration, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of these risks, and you and your family members waive any claims or legal action against Monvtt.ch / Tracea.ch and its partners in respect of any personal injury, death or property damage.
