Our introductory biathlon course is aimed at anyone who wants to enjoy a unique, fun and accessible sporting experience from 7 years.

A well-rounded and exciting sport

Biathlon combines two complementary disciplines: the endurance of skiing (or running, depending on the season) and the precision of shooting.
During this introductory session, you’ll learn how to pace yourself, control your breathing and regain your composure so you can hit the target – just like top-level athletes!

A safe activity suitable for everyone

The introductory session takes place with laser rifles, with no delay and completely secure.
Shooting takes place at 10 metres, on electronic targets that react just as they do in competition, offering a realistic and enjoyable experience, without any risk.
Whether you’re an experienced sports enthusiast or simply curious, the activity is designed to be suitable for all levels.

Course structure

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants discover:

• the basics of handling a laser rifle; ;

• standing and prone shooting techniques; ;

• managing exertion between shooting rounds; ;

• mini-challenges and games tailored to each age group.

The aim is, first and foremost, to to enjoy oneself, by enjoy a cosy get-together and from enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the countryside.
