Beginners’ mountain biking course with tracea.ch – it’s all about having fun!
A few weeks ago, tracea.ch welcomed a group of three beginners to the hills above Nyon, who were keen to learn the basics of mountain biking.
It was around 9.00 am that we welcomed Désirée, Françoise and Claude. After making a few adjustments to the bikes provided, the budding riders set off along the trails of St-Cergue. A bit of instruction and a few exercises before setting off to hurtle down the trails of our beautiful Vaud Jura!
