How the long-term mountain bike hire works

Start of the long-term hire
Please contact our shop to choose and reserve the mountain bike of your choice.

Confirmation
Once you have read and accepted our terms and conditions for long-term hire, you will receive an order confirmation.

Withdrawal
Please come to our shop on the date you have chosen to collect your long-term hire vehicle. The full hire charge for the chosen period is payable upon collection.

 

Extension
The hire period can be extended flexibly up to a maximum of 6. To extend the hire period, please email shop@tracea.ch.

 

Restitution
Please return the bike and all accessories (charger, key, user manual).
