New!
You can now bring your FOX or ROCKSHOX suspension forks to us for servicing and repairs.
Annual maintenance of your MTB fork is just as important as a full bike service. In fact, as well as wiping it down with a cloth after every ride, manufacturers recommend draining your fork every 100 hours of use to clean the components and change the oil. If this maintenance is not carried out, the stanchions – and more specifically their coating – are at risk of becoming damaged too quickly. Newer, high-end forks require even more maintenance than before, due to changes in the volume and types of oil and seals used – all in the name of saving a little weight on the bike!
To ensure a safer, more comfortable and longer-lasting riding experience, we recommend booking a service, during which we will take care of dismantling, servicing and reassembling the fork.
During the service, the following steps will be carried out on your fork:
Example of a service package for Fox shock absorbers:
Complete dismantling
Overhaul of the hydraulic system, including the replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear
Servicing of the air spring, including replacement of the seals
In-machine vacuum hydraulic bleeding using high-performance oil
IFP tank overhaul and nitrogen refilling
Reassembly using high-performance bonding compounds
Checking the tightening torques on safety screws
Hydraulic function test
Spring function test
Cleaning
